Venture Building is the third arm of Enterstrat. The firm builds and invests in B2B SaaS, AI-enabled, and infrastructure startups across Africa and internationally, taking a stake in each one through the work it delivers and through direct investment. The same strategy, architecture, and engineering the firm sells is what builds the portfolio.
A studio that takes equity for the build
Enterstrat runs as a venture studio inside the group holding company. Once a venture has validated its first product, the firm brings it the same services and capabilities it sells to clients, accelerated by Phronesis, and takes equity for that work alongside direct investment. Ventures also get cloud architecture on AWS and SaaS productisation. Enterstrat then holds the portfolio for the long-term upside, and the advisory support continues as the business grows.
