Phronesis is the systemised enablement layer for building capability. The capability itself lives in your people, your processes, and your decisions. Phronesis takes the cognitive load off the people doing the work and makes a method apply consistently instead of depending on who is in the room.
Practical wisdom, made repeatable
Phronesis is Aristotle's word for practical wisdom, meaning the knowledge of how to act to reach good ends. That is Strategy-to-Execution stated as a philosophical idea, and it is the exact promise of the product.

Modern data platforms refine data in Bronze, Silver and Gold layers. Phronesis borrows the pattern for method: each layer does one job, so every answer stays current, attributed, and clean. It is the model the library below is built on.
Referenced, never copied
External authorities (TOGAF, POPIA, standards, vendor documentation) are held as live pointers and resolved the moment they are called. Nothing is duplicated, so sources stay current and licensing stays clean.
Authored and governed
Enterstrat's own principles, standards, methods, templates and generators. Each is attributed, versioned, and senior-vetted. This layer makes the firm's method durable and accounts for most of the value.
Assembled per request
The exact bundle your architect or agent needs, composed fresh at request time from the layers beneath it and never stored. Every answer is current by construction and shaped to your context.
Bronze references, Silver is authored and curated, Gold is assembled and then discarded. Your Silver and Gold live inside your private instance, and nothing crosses tenants.

Every item is typed, attributed, versioned, and tier-gated before it enters the library. Its colour is its medallion layer at rest: Bronze is referenced live, Silver is authored by the firm, and the Gold layer assembles both into what you receive.
